WELCOME TO THE Muskogee county treasurer WEBSITE!
The County Treasurer is an elected constitutional official serving a four year term and serves as the chief financial officer for the county. The County Treasurer administers all county funds, maintains the financial accounts and ledgers, receives all county deposits, verifies all county warrants, and keeps record of all disbursements made by each county entity. Further, the County Treasurer also receives the annual tax roll from the Muskogee County Assessor, prepares the ad valorem tax statements and receives the collections thereto, and apportions the monthly tax collections and cash fund deposits to the county funds and local public entities such as schools and cities.
